To think it over the system of all different agencies will not do. It is ideologically incorrect. The system is the following - one individual places his/her personal ad and one or two photographs, another individual looks through the catalogues, comes across the photo, reads this silly personal ad and decides to contact this or that person. But if they decide to meet they will find out that the photo doesn't match the real person and his/her personal ad is just nonsense. And all this due to the fact that the photo is carefully selected and the ad is just an advertisement of not this person but of his/her image.
